Business Meeting
Kevin Howard displayed possible Rotary road signs that the club may purchase and post around roads entering Ardmore at 8 specific locations including Hwy 70, Hwy 77, Hwy 199, and on the I-35 exits.  Signs shown to the club were a larger Rotary logo, a Rotary club sign with club information, and a smaller Rotary logo.  Kevin stated that the project of adding signs would run around $1,200 to $1,300 to cover purchase and shipping.  Installation will vary pending on how the City of Ardmore would like to have them installed. Adding the signs would increase visibility of club. A motion was made by Kim Benedict, seconded by Kenneth Walker, to approve the expenditure of up to $2,000 to cover the purchase and installation of new Rotary road signs around Ardmore.. The motion was approved.
